I’ve
been so used to walk to the city of Bol, about three miles round
trip, that I consider our pojata on Gravov Rat to be a part of it. Also,
when I look around our pojata, close to the pojata
that is, everything is nicely cultivated. However, recently I took a
telephoto from Zlatni Rat, roughly two miles distance, and I
was surprised how remote the pojata is (on the right). Placed
in mostly unculti- vated land, if not wilderness.
And
yes, wilderness is all around us as could be seen just looking at
the borders of our property where wilderness is blending with our
plants, sneaking among them, like at the eastern wire fence
