Do we really see the same Moon face all the time? Images by my Canon SX20 are pretty convincing and I see a huge potential here: if my enemy doesn't orbit his spy satellite around Moon, then I can place all my nuclear and other mass destruction capacities there, on the other side. Distraction capacities too.
