The second tornado attempt in the Hvarski Kanal failed

Two days after the tornado reported previously [GR Weekly 2006-08-06], another waterspout (a tornado over water) was taking shape over the sea of Hvarski Kanal (the sea channel between the islands of Brač and Hvar), this time much close to the seashore of Grabov Rat. However, it failed at the moment it was about to pull up some sea water.
